Kel McGowan is Kelligrafie
A private detective/murder story with a difference. It's told in first person, or should that be first dog. I believe it's the second in a series that follows Chet (dog) and his pet human Bernie as they solve a mystery. A prize winning show dog named Princess and her owner go missing and it's up to Chet and Bernie to find them. The reason this story stops being same old is because you see everything through Chet's eyes. It puts quite an interesting spin on everything without being stupidly over-the-top. You can genuinely feel that the story is coming from a dog, what his views on the world are. How he feels about the humans (and dogs) in his life. His faithfulness to Bernie.
If you wanted an unusual spin on a murder mystery and you're an animal lover, you will appreciate this book.
