Day 21: Select one of the poems you’ve already written as part of this challenge and revise it by choosing all new verbs.
I'm looking at Day 9 where I had to jot down four verbs, four adjectives and four nouns and include them all in a poem. This is the new poem and the new verbs were: driving, picking, tasting and kissing.
We be driving your car
Through the red, gritty rock
Of the canyon deep
We be picking our way
Through the caverns and ledges
Trying to get to the water below
We be tasting the dry, dusty summer air
Playing the guitar
And putting desert flowers in our hair
We be kissing in the cool of the night
By our campfire
As the fireflies dance like halos above our heads
